pANNER TIKKA

Ingredients:

  • 250g paneer (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetables (onion, capsicum, tomato)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Marinade:

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices (garam masala, cumin, chili, turmeric, salt) in a bowl.

2. Marinate Paneer & Vegetables:

Add paneer cubes and vegetables to the marinade. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

3. Grill the Paneer Tikka:

Skewer the marinated paneer and vegetables alternately.

Grill on a BBQ or in an oven until lightly charred on all sides (about 10-12 minutes).

4. Serve:

Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, brush with melted butter while grilling.
  • If you don't have a grill, you can also pan-fry the paneer cubes.
